Erik's journey with Belmont Properties began in 2002, starting at Georgetown South Apartments while also working at the company's headquarters. His hands-on experience with multifamily housing gave him unique insights that he has carried into his role as CEO.

With a focus on people, Erik emphasizes strong relationships between team members and tenants, understanding the importance of community and connection within residential environments.

Erik's leadership is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to continual improvement. He believes in using technology to enhance the living experience within multifamily housing, always with an eye on the future.

With a tenure that began in 1987 at the company's inception, Cathy's dedication and expertise have been instrumental in shaping the success of Belmont Properties. Working closely alongside Mr. Hauber, Cathy has been a driving force within the organization. 

As the General Manager, Cathy's responsibilities encompass the day-to-day operations of Belmont Properties, ensuring smooth management and consistently high standards across the board.

In her role as Regional Team Lead for Western Ohio and East-Central West Virginia, Cathy oversees 20 properties, managing a complex portfolio. 

With over three decades of experience at Belmont Properties, Cathy's dedication to her regions, her team, and the broader goals of the company make her a respected and vital part of Belmont Properties' ongoing success.

Marcy is a Regional Team Lead at Belmont Properties. In her role, Marcy oversees 20 properties, including HUD communities, along with RD and conventional properties.

Joining Belmont Properties in 2020 as a team lead, Marcy quickly made her mark with her unwavering work ethic and her "do anything to help" attitude. Her colleagues and clients alike recognize her for her continuous commitment to excellence and her willingness to go the extra mile.

As the Regional Team Lead, Marcy's responsibilities are broad and complex, encompassing various aspects of property management. Her understanding of HUD regulations, coupled with her experience with RD and conventional properties, ensures that the properties under her care meet the highest standards of compliance and quality.

Joining the company in 2013 as a leasing agent, April has since expanded her role to become a leasing agent at two properties and the team lead at eight properties, showcasing her versatile skills and commitment to growth.

As a leasing agent, April's attention to detail, tenant-focused approach, and ability to handle complex day-to-day operations have earned her praise from both her team and those residing in the properties she manages. 

In her role as team lead for eight properties, April's leadership shines. Her experience on the ground as a leasing agent provides her with unique insights, allowing her to support her team in ways that resonate with their daily challenges.

With over a decade of experience at Belmont Properties, April's contributions continue to be a catalyst behind the company's success. Her blend of hands-on management and inspiring leadership makes her a key member of Belmont Properties.

Sue started at Wedgewood Village in 2020 and was promoted to Area Team Lead in 2023. Her service territory includes Southern Ohio, East Tennessee and Central/Southwest West Virginia.

Randi began working in property management in 2014 as the leasing agent at 3 properties. Her success enabled her to be promoted to Area Team Lead. Her service area includes 11 properties in Eastern Ohio.
